When it comes to my daily make-up routine I like to keep it minimal, simple and fresh. Not to mention I like to be out the door within 45 minutes of waking up. I tend not to focus too heavily on eyes with just a swipe of mascara and maybe some eyeshadow, my main focus is normally skin. The three products below are my everyday make up besties that I use everyday without fail.
Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow
Charlotte Tilbury is a brand well known on the blogging scene and I am not ashamed to say that I was completely drawn in by the rose gold packaging and faultless reviews. My first CT purchase was the magic cream - which definitely is magic - and from there I've slowly been growing my CT collection. The wonderglow primer has become an everyday staple pretty much from the first time I tried it. It really should be called supermodel glowing skin in a bottle, but that doesn't quite have the right ring to it. I sweep this all over my skin between my moisturiser and foundation. It illuminates and evens tone whilst adding a subtle shimmer to the skin that is slightly reminiscent of Edward stepping into the sun in Twilight.
Rosie for Autograph Highlighter in Starstruck
Talking of adding shimmer this highlighter from Rosie for Autograph does just that too. It is super easy to apply and blend and can be layered to the level of highlight required. I love this product as it's sort-of like a crayon which means it won't leak all over your make up bag when you travel. I blend with either my fingers or a fan brush until my desired effect is achieved.
Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes
When I first started using this product I was really on the fence as at first I thought it was clumpy and slightly unsophisticated for a high-end mascara. Unwilling to have spent the money on it and not use it I stuck with it and now I love it. The nature of the fluid means one swipe is normally all that it takes for my lashes to be fully coated and I now use an eyelash comb to even out the application. Once dry it stays all day.
If you could only choose 3 make up 'heroes' for everyday what would they be? Have you tried any of the above?
