2017 as with every year has had it's ups and downs personally and on a world-wide scale. It feels like it was only a few weeks ago that I was writing down my goals for the year.
The changes I've seen in 2017 have been huge. For instance, this time last year I was intent on shopping the Christmas sales for the best shoes, bags and clothes to expand my wardrobe, this year I've spent it searching for the best bargains on ironing boards, kitchen bins and furniture. It feels very grown up all of a sudden. Rather than spending the week between Christmas and New Year in my pyjamas, full of cheese and with no idea of what day of the week it is, this year I've been at the bank closing ISA's, reading contracts and making list upon list of things still left to do. Whilst still full of cheese - I couldn't resist.
I've learnt new skills this year, finished my HNC and started at university. I've got my first university marks back which I am more than pleased with and I hope I can carry these through to the next 2 years.
Blogging Achievements
2017 was the blog's most successful year yet, and I am so proud. I actually had my first collaboration come through and have since had a few more working with really wonderful brands such as John Freida.
Last year I set out that I wanted to feature more Fashion on the blog which I feel that I've achieved and I feel like overall I have a better handle on managing my time between blogging, full time work and part-time study.
